Salaries in Poland

Salaries in Poland are beyond the level of imagination. When we think we know we deserve more and are really underpaid dogs this country can only exploit us. Only Engineers or IT sectors get paid a lot do only they hold degrees?
     
      So let's begin basic salary in Poland in hand are 3000 zlotych even in Aviation and Teaching sector why is it so less?

Have you ever wondered why would a normal person earn or accept so less. The rent in Poland is 3000 including the administration fee how can one live and sleep with. But it can be more or less like 2000 plus 300 administration fee but if the rent is high then how could one survive with peanut received salary. Is the rent the only thing we need money for Food, clothes, medicines ETC? 

Even in Corporate / Multinational Sectors in a few companies which I've known for starters pay pathetically less the HR or Hiring Department know this but they are paid to pitch for a lesser salary. When I've gone for interviews I ask them can they themselves survive on that money?


      It's good to ask them this question. It'd be nice if starters were 4500 or 5000 at least considering the inflation now. We are in shock as the prices rise every week I would say every 5/6 days no one asks us if are we okay with the hike in prices,  Even Schools discriminate while hiring good teachers not necessarily if a person from The UK Or The US  has the accent of course but is a good teacher. 

    Therefore, to be a teacher or get into Aviation the start is always going to be a struggle of course you can earn up to 10,000 zlotych but after doing multiple jobs life in Poland is challenging but not so bad I would say taking up Science or Commerce would be great. I can never sum up this topic.
